Day 4 - 6/29/24

After the fog lifted Saturday morning we said goodbye to Brett and went went on a great hike on the escarpment. We all sat and enjoyed the afternoon reading, doing art projects and relaxing. Kona got some play and swim time but by the time dinner rolled around the wind had really come in. The difference in the water was crazy. New friends came rolling down the channel in these waves. They looked like they were on a river with rapids. They were super glad to see us there to catch their lines and help them in. I took some ghost town photos that evening to remember how cool this place is at night and basically having it all to ourselves.
