Day 3 - 6/28/24

Glad to be here in Fayette because the weather was kinda crappy. So we helped the one boat come in in the morning. I am giving myself huge kudos for correctly recognizing this boat. The original owner was Ray Kroc. Fun history. Neat family aboard. Apparently he bought it a while ago at auction but has restored it all himself. Love meeting folks.

Then we had boat bloody’s (it’s ok, it’s now after noon! lol). And tried to walk around. The windy beach was grand fun and my hair wasn’t as bad as Richard or Brett’s . I think we all had a little afternoon rest then made dinner and invited Brett over. He insisted on taking us out for drinks at the really small in the middle of no where pub a mile down the road.

Called it a night as Brett had to get going the next day. We are staying here another two nights as we love it so much and it works well with the winds and our time.
