Day 5 - 6/30/24

Those high winds kept us at Fayette one more day. We weren’t upset at all. We decided to take the scooters about 8 miles down the Peninsula to Fairport to see a narrow passage we were curious we could get Ciara through tomorrow. We chatted with some locals and decided with calm calm seas we could make it. We are enjoying the scooters very much and they have opened a lot of opportunities. The water up here is so clear. It’s Caribbean blue and we can see bottom in 25 feet which is crazy clear. One last beautiful evening here. We decided to cross to Beaver on Monday with another boat. Jodi captured my taps this evening. It reverberated so beautifully and it was really special.
